Website Design

How much does a new website cost?

There’s not one single answer to this question. A website design is quoted based on the needs of each individual project. Every website is unique and requires different components; we design and develop custom websites specifically for your business. We’ll ask a few questions, assess your needs, and give you a quote based on that assessment. Most of our sites run in the $1,500 – $3,000 range, but can be more or less depending on needs.

How long will it take to get a new website?

On average, we shoot for a two to four week turnaround, but the pace of any project is set by each client. How much input you can provide during the initial stages, your availability with feedback, how soon the content is ready – all this affects the speed of completion. The functionality needs may also play a role – more complex sites will take more time to develop.

Do I have to be local to work with you?

Nope! We work with clients all over the world. Our team works remotely, allowing us to find the absolute best team for our business.

Will you maintain my site for me?

Yes! We assist our clients to continuously improve their projects. Success is about getting small things right. We provide on-going support for many of our clients included in your hosting package.

Will my website be mobile-responsive?

Absolutely! Having a mobile-responsive website is more important than ever! We work hard to ensure your website looks great on a every device.

How much input do I have in the process?

A lot! Your input and feedback is crucial to this process. We’ll start with questions about your needs, your likes, your wants and work with you to develop just the right look and functionality. We will provide you with a link to check in on your new website through the whole process.

Where should my website be hosted?

Hosting is super important! When it comes to hosting, we have you covered. We host all of our websites we create to insure your client get the best experience.

What if I need help on my site down the road?

We are only an email away! We’re here to help you as much or as little as you need, and we won’t disappear once the site is launched. We will always take care of your website updates, redesigns and maintenance. Customer support is our number one priority!

I’m on a strict budget. Do you have any low cost options?

A custom website can be a big investment and not all small businesses have the budget for you. We offer a budget package which will help get you online, just let us know. Whatever the project size or scope, wherever you are on your journey, our approach stays the same.


What’s your design process?

Most of our work includes the four stages of research, creative strategy, design, and implementation.

What is brand identity design?

The swoosh, the golden arches, the bitten apple — while symbolism is often the first element of a brand identity that comes to mind, it’s also just one aspect. Consider what a potential customer might see when doing business with you — signage, a reception desk, vehicle graphics, uniforms, carrier bags, invoices, receipts, social media profiles, right down to the style of photography and the typefaces used in your marketing literature. The design of these items should reflect the quality of what you sell, otherwise there’s a disconnect between what people see and the impression you want to give. A thoughtfully designed visual identity is an investment that, when combined with an excellent product or service, pays off year after year, and plays an important role in helping to turn potential buyers into loyal customers.

What does it cost?

Quotes depend on the company. Rebranding a large multinational with a 100-year history is a different proposition to designing a logo for a new start up. That’s why there are some things we need to know before we can send a proposal. What do you need from me?

Design is a two-way process, and your input’s vital. We’ll talk about what you want to achieve, how it can be measured, as well as what direction the design will take, and I’ll make sure you get the most effective, enduring outcome possible.

Social Media

What is Social Media Management and what does Elevate do for my company?

We will take care of all of your social media activities, giving you time to focus on running your business. We posts updates, responds to comments and questions from your customers, and make sure that you have an active online presence.

How often do you post to my social media sites?

That all depends on the package that you order. We offer the option to post anywhere from 5 times a week on one social media site, to twice a day on 3 social media sites.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes! We allow you to change your package at any time, although changes in your account may take up to a week due to our posting and writing process.

How long does setup take and what does it involve?

Setup can take up to 5 business days from when we recieve all of the required information from you. Our setup process invovles taking a looking at your business, researching content, and creating a pool of resources that we can use to create posts that suit your need and target audience.

Who creates content to post?

We create all the content to post to your pages. We spend time getting to know your business so that we can create custom content that focuses on your desired market and target audience. We encourage you to keep us informed about upcoming events or other things going on with your business so that we can post about them and keep you online fans up to date.
